Joining FDC is simple! Fill out the form below to begin.

Upon submission of the form, you will be redirected to our membership payments page to pay your associated membership dues.

Note that membership dues must be paid in order to become a member in good standing. Membership fees are generally $40 per year, and if you intend on certifying as an Actor/Combatant you must hold a membership valid for the duration of your certification prior to certification.
