His or her primary function is to ensure that the organizational structures that make up FDC are being run effectively, and to ensure financial and political growth for the organization while ensuring that all areas of the operation are serving the membership.

This person is appointed by the President, maintains a vote on the executive council, and is primarily responsible for the maintenance, collection and dissemination of information to the various areas of the organization and its membership. This person maintains all records of certification as well as all minutes, changes of policy, and ensures that all parties are informed of the documentation.
Vice-President (VP) of Communication

This person is voted in by membership for a three year term, maintains a vote on the executive council, and is responsible for overseeing membership issues and ensuring membership satisfaction. This person is responsible for creating and managing the services to membership and creating new services for membership that will further the benefits of being a member of FDC. This person also serves as the contact person for any member needing guidance or direction.
VP of Education/Training

This person is voted on by membership for a three year term and maintains a vote on the executive council. Responsible for overseeing curriculum changes, ensuring updated materials, and ensuring that workshops are supported with the materials needed. This person is responsible for reporting to the executive the activities of: National Workshop Coordinator, the Curriculum Head, and the FM’s academic requests.
VP of Activity
Todd Campbell

This person is voted in by membership for a period of three years and maintains a vote on the executive council. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all regional representatives and their activities. They are primarily focused on creating FDC activities in all areas of the country. This person also ensures that these satellite events are supported in whatever way the organization can contribute. This person is also responsible for coordinating dialogue and activity with the professional associations and professional producing companies to ensure a strong FDC awareness in the industry. This person is responsible for reporting to the executive the activities of the regional representatives.
Treasurer
Jason Mehmel

This person is voted in by membership for a period of three years and maintains a vote on the executive council. Responsible for creating and maintaining a financial portfolio for the organization, creating a budget for each area of operation, and supervising that financial activity. They are also responsible for maintaining financial reports for the executive and for the government agencies that need the information. This person works directly with the secretary to ensure all reporting is forwarded to the appropriate agencies and institutions.
Executive Advisor
Maintains a vote on the Executive Council. This person is appointed by the President and is generally a senior member of the organization. Their function is advisory and intended to help the president make informed decisions on any given issue.
