Glossary
For the written exam, a student needs to know the definitions of the terms in the glossary at the level tested and all levels below. For example, if you are testing to get your Intermediate Actor Combatant, you must know all terms in the Intermediate Glossary, and all terms in the Basic Glossary. For this reason, terms are only categorized according to their lowest level, not repeated at every level.
Terms that do not have a level indicated will not appear on a written test.
Discussion of terminology, requests for clarification and comments on the glossary can be posted in the Forums. The Glossary Forum can also be accessed from any terminology page by clicking on the "discuss" link below the entry. If there is not already a thread discussing the item, a new thread will automatically be started.
