Certification Appeal Process

3.00 Certification Appeal Process

In the event that a member wishes to appeal an FM and/or Executive decision regarding certification, the FDC member must forward the written appeal to Executive for consideration. The Executive will then consider the appeal and make a final decision within 6 months of receipt of the written complaint. The decision of the Executive will be final.
